Digital Stress is a type of stress which mostly occurs when someone spends too much time on social and digital media platforms. This project explores and highlights the different behaviour patterns a person with digital stress can go through. The outcomes have an informing and solution side to them. This platform uses the simulation of triggers to provide positive distractions which includes positive triggers sent by the app as “task” distractions. The tasks contain – music, podcasts, physical and mental exercises and games.
